Company's Merger 

     One day in the office, the manager will reschedule the company structure. Seeing the benefits gained when making an innovation, the Manager starts thinking about what can be done for the company's progress. According to the company's plan to merge, Nicos hopes that this will succeed and can reduce the problem. Because like the case, many mergers are unsuccessful because of mental differences. But everyone still thinks it's a good idea to work together.
     Therefore, in the next few weeks, they planned a small meeting in the cafe to establish a better relationship. It takes 7 hours in each session for all staff to get to know better and it will start next month. What is needed is a list of departments in the company. So, a list of arrangements must be prepared this afternoon. They hope this will be successful. So they have to do it carefully, but because there are too many personality clashes, they must handling the process carefully and make the confidence to everyone.

Hotel Services

     Last week, during a lunch break at the Hotel, Jane called Joshua as a service provider for information to find out about hotel services. Jane began to explain a chain of four and five star hotels in Switzerland. However, because on the Joshua's website doesn't have an operator in Switzerland, so she thought Italy is the nearest. Jane was interested in updating their current fitness rooms for guests. Luckily this is indeed Joshua's work. Jane began to tell the problem that this facility was 10 years old, so many customers complained about it. Joshua also asked about the number of hotels being discussed. Jane explained that there are 8 hotels with Health and Fitness facilities and three others that need it. But when talking about the budget, Jane is quite difficult to say. Then she offered someone who would be able to come and see for themselves how the hotel was. Joshua certainly didn't mind, because actually they would go to Switzerland for the client there. Exactly in Zurich, it is not far from the hotel located in Baron, which only requires a couple of hours away. Finally they made an agreement to make a meeting schedule, Joshua will start the trip on Monday, the 30th of January.

A New Customer Database

     One day in a hotel, the manager announced about the new program. The new program called "New Customer Database" that be the good news for all. But there is a bad news, it take a few weeks before used. This new program can remove the slow system that used before. It may seems difficult but in fact it is very simple to use it. However, it still need some trainees for staff to operate it. The new customer database is very similar with the old program but the difference is only in the button of program. Such as detail's button, it can show the kind of customer that booking the room like. And the process booking can give the customer free room to choose. If the customer want to tell more, they can use the information's button. Besides that, the customer can book online the room for the next time.

Lucky to have a Good Friend

     One Sunday morning, in front of Rena's new home, Rena, Josie and Bruno were seen talking about something. Soon Jamie arrived. They greeted each other and talked a little about Rena who had just moved to a new house.
Jamie was happy to see that the three of them seemed to help each other in some way.
Because she wanted to help her too, Jamie also called the carpet people who would come the next day before 8 o'clock in the morning. Because Bruno was one of the people who lived nearby, Rena also asked Bruno to open up for the carpet people.
     Besides that, Rena still has a lot to do. Like painting the house, of course she needs more paint from cheap wholesealer on the other side of town. Because this afternoon Bruno will go there, he offers help to buy paint, but the paint will be delivered the next day. However, because Rena needs the paint immediately, considering tomorrow the carpet people will come, so Rena refused an offer from Bruno.
Then Josie remembered that she had a car, so she offered to use her car to buy paint now so they could finish painting this afternoon too.
Seeing that is a good idea, Rena agreed. But now the problem is both Rena and Josie, not knowing where the store is located. So Rena asked Bruno to accompany them. Unfortunately Bruno must finish the back room. Finally Rena will go there with Josie. Then the three of them, Rena, Josie, and Bruno, will finish painting together this afternoon. However, Bruno has an appointment for this afternoon, so he can't do the painting together. Finally, only Rena and Josie will do the painting.
     Jamie also concluded that it was Rena and Josie who would complete the painting, while Bruno was the one who would meet the carpet people tomorrow.
If there are still things to help, Bruno is willing to do it. Rena will gladly accept the assistance as long as it does not bother Bruno.
It's nice to have friends who help each other and are always there at any time.

Job Experience between Joe and Luke

     One day at the office, Luke was introduced by a friend to Joe. They talked about job experience.
Joe works at Love company, and do fund application. Her job is very challenging, because often she has to make difficult choices.
Whereas Luke works in the sub-Saharan Africa operation. He works as a manager. Over there, he do overseas project and must ensure that the company's money is used properly. After that he must repost it. He can trip 5 to 6 times or more in a year. So that it causes him often far from home.
